T-Rax 6 Board Surf Rack at 50 South Surf Shop NC

The standard, and slightly customized , angled 6 board surf rack with 23"  longboard rods  adapted.

Rocky at 50 South Surf Shop in NC asked if we could make the 6 board standard surf rack work for longboards.

Now 6 board rack your handle a longboard but it's really designed for shortboards and funboards because of fin size.

The standard 6 board rack has 7 3/4 " spacing , where as the standard longboard rack has 11 1/2 " spacing between rods. 

Well at 50 South Surf Shop wall space is at a premium so Rocky asked if we could put the 23" beefier longboard rods on a 6 board rack. I told him we have done just that many times. He was stoked.
