Congratulations to Jordy Smith and Stephanie Gilmore winners at Trestles Hurley Pro!

Jordy was ripping and a last second wave won it for him. 

Medina still has the lead for the world title. Slater had a chance but didn't make it to the finals. And he was lucky to get to the semis with a close win over Taj. Slater looked to be over scored to win over Taj and then he looked to be under scored to lose to John John.

Gilmore was ripping and she scored a perfect 10 ( over scored for sure) but it didn't matter as Trestles shut Fitzgibbons out. Sally couldn't get a wave and Stephanie was in sync with the ocean...and she ripped. Sally looked good through out and took over the number one spot.

Sally needs to keep it going to win her first world title.

Slater has a chance - but needs a win badly. Medina looks unbeatable. Kelly had his chance to make a jump in the standings and couldn't capitalize on it.
